Warranty
General warranty for products
“ERGOPOD”, “DESKSTORY”, and “Electronic Accessories”.
Further warranty conditions:
Replacement parts will be recollected by ERGOcollections.com, or delivered to our designated warehouse.
For any replacement parts to be recollected by ERGOcollections, shipping cost will be borne by the customer.
To benefit under this warranty, ERGOcollections.com must be notified of any defect within 1 week of the occurrence of such defect via image or video, sent to support@ergocollections.com.
Limited Warranty:

Any replacement or repair under this warranty is limited to defective parts only.

The Colour & texture of replacement parts may differ from the original.

Warranty will be voided if the product becomes defective due to misuse or lack of proper care, or unauthorized commercial use.

The warranty only applies to the original buyer, and may not assign or transfer the warranty benefit to another party.

Warranty will only cover parts replacement. A transport cost of $30 will be borne by the customer for the support team to be on-site.
What our warranty DOES NOT cover:
Wear & tear of all our products caused by negligence, accident, abuse, misuse, water damage, flood, fire, or other acts of natural & external cause.
Continuous usage when an earlier defect may be identified, worsening the defects & condition of the products.
Damages to the ERGOcollections.com products during self-assembly due to failure to adhere to relevant self-assembly manual instructions provided or inappropriate use.
Damages caused to ERGOcollections.com products during self-modification or unexpected accident during self-assembly
